The following rooms are offered for private dining and special events:
LIMONAIA GARDEN ROOM
The Limonaia is a private dining room that seats 50 guests. The
room may feature, as desired by the guest, a personal chef,
a private kitchen with a Tuscan wood-fired oven, or a private
bar.
SUPER TUSCAN DINING
The Enoteca is our most special room, reserved for those
who require the most discriminating service, menu and wine. In
this room, up to 16 guests enjoy what is called the “Super Tuscan” dining
experience.
A
menu is personally created and paired with wines by Valter Nassi
for each group. This menu represents the finest in ingredients
and care. Seasonal selections are prepared to mirror the
foods that are available at the time in Valter’s home, Monte
Sansovino, Tuscany. The Enoteca wine cellar is exclusive
to the room where the finest regional wines are sampled and presented
for the evening. A highly trained service staff and a personal
bartender are at the guest’s disposal for the evening, operating
under Valter’s watchful eye.
INTRODUCING CUCINA NASSI
Cucina Nassi, located in the historic Sugarhouse Post Office building, is the newest and most elegant of our private dining rooms.
Modeled as the grand hall of a Tuscan Villa, Cucina Nassi boasts a hardwood floor, musicians' loft, and hand-blown glass chandeliers from Milan.
The hall can accomodate 250 seated or over 350 standing guests.
